Program Error in Windows Vista Home Basic

A big hello to all creators, and carers this post :) The problem is: When I start the game the screen blinks a lot, but leaves start to happen when in "battle" at the time, I choose the minimum population options and for two players, but nonetheless the game gives me an error with the following information, and game shows me: Much to our regret we must report the program has encountered an Error.

Please let us know at the crashlog.txt ​http://trac.wildfiregames.com/ and attach files and crashlog.dmp.

Can you attach the crash logs? See ReportingErrors.

Sorry, I do not understand exactly what I should do, I have Visual C. .. installed on my PC
