The suggestion was due to auto generated bug reports, when a program crashes. It will upload a backtrace of all threads, dso_list, environment, memory map, open file descriptors, var/log messages, etc to the bug report. These may be useful at least for statistics, as most times these are issues with video drivers, or are random crashes in javascript, sound system, etc that users cannot reproduce. The user is also able to add comments to such auto generated bug reports. Note that most times users just ignore errors if they are random, and just try again.
There is already a man page that instructs to report problems upstream http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/0ad.git/tree/0ad.6
Downstream should just tell users to report bugs that were verified to not be due to the package here. Works for other distros, and we have one single bug tracker not N.
