[PATCH] XpartaMuPP readme misses some instructions

Description

While trying to debug the multiplayer lobby, I setup a local instance of XpartaMuPP. Without any knowledge in ejabberd configuration, it was hard to get it working. The given readme misses some instructions which are added by the patch I attached. I also added a specific error message for a specific error, so that future setups should be easier to debug.
