Missing license headers in lib/

Some files in lib/ are missing license headers.

Revisions where the files where added and the files r8828 pch/* r9350 alignment.h r9410 external_libraries/openmp.h, pointer_typedefs.h r9050 sysdep/os/win/wdll_main.h r9144 sysdep/os/win/wfiremware.{cpp,h} r9350 sysdep/os/win/wiocp.cpp

The attached patch adds license headers to them, but since Jan wrote all of them I strongly prefer asking if that's ok (even though the license changes to lib/ were OKed by you).
