Add more information about lobby matches — at Initial Version

Description
As of now only few informations are displayed in the lobby about the games, it would be nice to add more details for instance :
- See the elapsed time see : #3023
- See the current teams system in that game
- The amount of lag in that game (so you don't make it worse by joining)
- Total Player count (Observers + Players)
- Max Players
- Paused Time
- Turn number.
Please make a ticket for each of them so it's easier to review for the devs once you start working on it.
