Remove Aken driver and related mahaf code

Description
Currently we include the Aken Windows driver (source/lib/sysdep/os/win/aken/) and the mahaf interfacing code for it. This was primarily used on Windows XP for better timers, but requires user to run/install a custom driver which is yucky.
