Description
Sometimes Spectators slow down the game. It would be good to kick a spectator automatically if he/she causes more lag then some player

Since [25156] observers can be made to not lag anymore.

With the buddy system, it could become a dropdown option (disabled, everyone but buddies, everyone).
This way one can keep buddies in the game while reasonably kicking others in case of lagging the game.
