Attack bonus / counters tooltips

Some units have specific bonuses against other unit types. For example spearmen have a 3x bonus against cavalry.
These tooltips should be generated automatically, see tooltips.js.
GetExtendedEntityState of GUIInterface.js and GetTemplateDataHelper of Templates.js will have to pass the bonuses to tooltips.js for session and tech tree respectively.
