U32 atlas settings

Description
Settings like the map-, AI- or actor seed can be defined as an u32
in the simulation, but Atlas only uses int
s for the wxWidgets, so it's an i32
(on some or all?) platforms.
It for example means that random maps with a seed > i32
can't be reproduced in atlas.
