Temporary High Quality Settings for Screenshots

Description
Often we don't run the game with the highest quality to improve the performance.
So if we then take a screenshot, the screenshot doesn't look as good as it could. For example shadowing and water reflections make a great difference with regards to both performance and image quality.
We could provide a new screenshot option or hotkey that, just for that one frame maximizes the graphics settings where applicable and reverts to the previous user settings after taking the screenshot.
