having last viewed player shown in "observer"-option in dropdown showing now only the name of the last viewed player.

so u can get revealed map select units from multiple players (to see numbers in fight) and having stats from a player (res/pop/diplomacy button/barter button/civ structure button) and tooltips for res/pop for all players shown at same time.

numbers should be teams and state should be (defeated, offline or offline defeated)
