1.) I had to remove (-1)* part so I could explicitly cast them as CASE can return only one type and casting with (-1)* refused to work.
2.) I removed alias for column and used its name instead.

The "my" in "My tickets" refers to tickets assigned/owned by you, not those reported by you. And both of these are working as expected if you have any.
