Description
Mods like Delenda Est and Terra Magna carry a modified copy of mainmenu.xml just to modify the 0ad version label.

They should be able to change that label without introducing a copy.
Furthermore it seems wrong for the wiki:ReleaseProcessDraft that one has to modify random GUI files to update to a new version. It should all be in one central place.
