oos, local entities serialized? — at Initial Version

Description

It seems some entities like waypoint flags and corpses are serialized when they shouldn't be. Reproduce by playing multiplayer game, have a rally point set and viewed by one player, other player moves so that he's within range (although he can't see it) then moves out of range, and it's oos. Can also reproduce with corpses.

Maybe something with selectable or timer, I haven't figured it out yet.
