Mac OSX Mouse Offset and Graphic defekt

I just started 0 A.D. but the top part of the screen seems defect. Also the mouse has an offset of the size of the defect part on top. You can see the offset and the defect on the screenshot. My mouse is on the button "Lern to Play" but "Exit" is clicked.
When I fist started the game, the defect part on top was flickering red.
Update: This issue only occurs when the game is started from the Modifications screen (if the saved configuration is empty).
My System: MacBook 2011 with macOS Sierra 10.12.6, Resolution: 1680 x 1050, Graphic Card: AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB, RAM: 8 GB
