Include chat messages in the replay

Currently replays don't contain chat messages. For documenting inappropriate language or how players used the chat as tactical advantage, it'd be nice if chat messages would be included in replays as well.

What about privacy concerns? (I recall that there already was a ticket with the same topic around...)

Players concerned about the privacy of their chat messages should probably not write any at all or only play with players they can trust to not publish them. A recording of a game including chat messages can already be achieved using screen capturing.

But it also changes the mood if it's a ubiquitous certainty. I'm not sure if opt-in would be better.

If it's opt in that means you'd have to share respective config data
