A rare bug observed two times. The bug is persistent for the session and can be reproduced at specific camera zoom levels. Rotation does not seem to affect it. Also worth noting that it cannot be reproduced in another session even with a replay. The two times it did happened, it was the same model (metalmine_mediterranean_slabs.xml). But that might very well have been a coincidence. The first time was before A23 was released in an A23 testgame. The second time was recently.

I've also seen what you seem to describe. I have seen it happen in different objects though and appears/happens depending on zoom level and camera rotation for me.
For me sometimes the fields texture change/disappears or maps to another UV of some random texture.
Also seen it happen in Hyrule Conquest mod with Gohma walls.
Will post images if i catch it sometime.
