Triple Left Click doesn't work

Triple Left Click: On unit: select all of your units of the same kind and the same rank on the screen.

When I triple click any unit it doesn't select the units that are not on the screen.

That is intended. If you want to select all units (also outside of the screen) just add Alt as modifier.

Ticket is reopened as in-game tutorial, gameplay manual’s hotkeys page and changeset 23580 would implicate that triple left clicking is implemented feature. There is also other changeset entries mentioning triple left click, but 23580 was most recent that I could find.

If it is not intended to work then I suppose this ticket can be modified (or make new tickets) to concern in-game tutorial and gameplay manual documentation.

Regarding wiki and in-game manuals. I was mistaken, those are correct indeed. I didn't read thoroughly enough.

This seems to be a problem that has been going on for 10 years and no one seems to have noticed. If you find more bugs, you can always come by. Edit1: Only 4 years --> [19599]

Should I add even more text to clarify the difference between an Alt+triple click and a Alt+double click?

Fix typo in tutorial.

Triple click should have been an <Alt>+DoubleClick.
While at it, removed the unneeded brackets at the hotkey translations.
