impossible to acces multiplayer game lobby

hi,

i cannot connect to multiplayer game lobby.

i tried to create a new account and it works, but when i tried to connect with this new account it does not work and i got an first error message.

Then i tried to create another new account, and i got this message : "unknown error. this usually occur because the same IP adress is not allowed to register more than one account within an hour".

Now i have not played in multiplayer lobby for one week and i try again but the same errors occur.

i use 21946P-release build on 28 december 2018.

Did you try logging in with the username and account that you originally registered?

Also you can try to disable TLS encryption, options -> lobby -> disable TLS
