Mouse doesn't scroll view to the right when playing on dual screen

Description
I'm assuming this is caused by the fact that I use two monitors, when playing on the left monitor (higher resolution) my mouse can't move the screen by moving it to edge unless I do it at the bottom of the right edge (outside the range of my second screen's height).
My screen resolution is 3840 x 2160 on the left monitor and 1920 x 1080 on the right monitor.

Does that happen on every edge, or only on the right one (the side where the other monitor is)? Is it because the pointer skips to the second monitor or does it stay focussed on the game window?
Which OS are you on? Do you play windowed or full-screen? (Refs. #4209.)
