Make unit tooltip configurable

Description
The unit tooltip contains an ever growing amount of information, which might be interesting for some, but maybe not all players. Currently players can only choose between "normal" and "extended" tooltip. Instead preferably every entry should be togglable with some config option.
This probably needs to include some redesign how the tooltips are created.

As a slightly relevant bit of info, we could use template literals to provide more flexibility for translation support.
