Need to reinstall the game

Description
Every time I exit the game I need to reinstall it again, I don't know why it says it's some program error. I have a Lenovo Ideapad L340 gaming with a windows 10

We need the crashlog.dmp file after it crashe at least. You can zip the whole folder opened by double clicking on the file you uploaded
