Changing mods with the RL interface on crashes the game

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • Start the game with --rl-interface=127.0.0.1:6000
  • In the main menu go to the mods selection
  • Click Settings -> Mod selection
  • Start Mods
  • Notice the assertion
