to reproduce

  • Start a game with the Maurya
  • Move the Worker Elephant to the corner of CC and try to garrison the elephant.
  • It won't work on the corner, but it does work on the sides.
  • See GIF below for more clarity.

The issue is reproducible up to A24 [24937]. Not reproducible in A23b [21946].

  • Similar to #2161, but not reopening that.
