The crash occurs in
fraps32.dll
, so it seems you have FRAPS running as well and interfering with the game. Disabling that should help, unless you really need FRAPS to record a game, you could try upgrading to a newer version if available.
I was recording yes... I will try latest version once

The crash occurs in
