Traders should remember the last market in which they've loaded goods

Description
When ordering trade between two markets, we always start going to the first market. That's not the right behaviour now that we have the back-to-order implemented. Instead, if the trader has already some goods, it should remember at which market it has loaded them, and go to the other one. At Present, there is a cheating possibility by constantly interrupting the trader as soon as he leaves the first market and sending it back to work.
