This bug report has nothing to do with the responsiveness of the website. The website isn't responsive at the moment, doesn't adjust itself to fit on mobile screens, which can be a feature request if you want. 'The website doesn't validate completely with W3C' is not a bug, unless it directly causes a problem for users of the website. As far as I can tell, it doesn't.
