    1 Based on my old #2118 patch, I propose this one, aimed at gathering mod data in a config/ subfolder. The system should be general enough to suit every mod.

    4 Remark: Apparently the engine creates a "user.cfg" file in the config folder just because I create the folder. I don't know whether it is wanted so I kept it like this.
