#258 closed enhancement (fixed)

[FreeBSD compat] add some missing includes

Description

There were some missing include errors while I was building 0 a.d. on FreeBSD. Maybe that's because I was building with precompiled headers (doesn't seem to work nice with ccache), but I guess it's better to add them.

Committed in r7001. Thanks!

(I assume you mean "without precompiled headers"? premake.lua sets -fpch-preprocess which was necessary to make it work with ccache under Linux; I don't have any ideas why FreeBSD would be different.)

Yes, sorry, I meant `without'. I'll try to build it with precompiled headers enabled later, maybe it's really unrelated.
