Formations - use the formation that most of the selected units use

If you select units where some of them use one formation while others use another and issue a walk order to those, then they will rearrange in the default formation.
It would be nice to use the formation that most selected units use and all selected units support, so that the value isn't lost.
Notice units which have their formation disabled won't receive a new formation when issuing the walk command, which is intended by the current code.

I'm closing this as 'fixed' since post r24480 / Phab:rP24480 there is an explicit notion of "default formation" and it probably makes more sense to choose that (which is indeed what's done). (could have been 'invalid' but I'm erring towards 'fixed' here)
One can choose a default formation that not all units support, but one ought not to :p
