Does wonders expand territories? When I have built a wonder, I think that my territory is the same

Does wonders expand territories? When I have built a wonder, I think that my territory is the same

Tried testing before writing a bugreport? Wonders only give a small territory bonus (not noticable when building not at the edge of the current territory). Delete all other buildings to see it.
