Replay filter - number of teams, locked teams

Description
It would be nice to find free-for-all games or only games with 2 teams in the replaylist (i.e.filtering by the number of teams) and finding diplomacy games (no locked teams).

If needed, more vertical space can be achieved by adding tabs (i.e. two buttons "Filters" and "Details" and then hiding all filters or the mapimage, description etc. depending on which button is pressed).
