Increase gamesetup mapselection dropdownwidth

Description

The dropdown width of the mapselection in the new gamesetup UI of a23 is too small for all mapnames.

Make the 'g' in 'last man standing' visible in gamesetup
Make more space for the dropdowns so longstring language doesn't complain
