Description
As reported by one of our friendly neighbours at JDLL, when you right clicking on a unit or a technology doesn't make the detail window appear.

Known problem, it's because the player shouldn't be able to left-click. But setting it to disables both click events.
This is equally true for non-observermode / players if a technology is required for a unit.
We would have to disable both events individually somehow.
(And distantly related, the buttons should also be disabled when there arent enough resources available, but currently its enabled just to allow mousewheel.)
