Description

-1280*800 screen -Intel Centrino -Windows 7 -4GB RAM

This looks a lot like a graphics driver bug.
I would suggest to upload system_info.txt and mainlog.html and try to install a newer graphics driver.
Perhaps its also a mod enabled for a previous version of 0ad. The mainlog.html file would tell.
