Nicer support to tribute more than one resource at the time in the GUI.

Description
Right now when one wants to send a tribute and shift-clicks (holds the shift-key) and clicks on another resource, when the shift-key is released there are two tribute messages sent, one for each resource. It would be nice to use the already existing functionality of sending one message with each resource that was sent.
Moreover, it would be nice to show the amount of resources to be tributed in the resource-icon. (Perhaps in combination with not requiring to keep holding the "mass-tribute"-hotkey.)
