Adding an option how to display the progress of gathering resources

Description

The top panel should allow three options for displaying information about gathering resources.

(1) None
Only the amount of each resources would be displayed and nothing else, like it was done with A23.

(2) Number of gatherers
Additionally to the amount the number of gatherers would be displayed, like we have with A24/A25.

(3) Gather rate
Instead of the number of gatherers, this option would show the gather rate. Successful mods like Hyrule Conquest or badsou's spec mod (​Link to the Github repo) have made this their default option.
