Description
Using svn revision 9388, in some games soldiers cant attack and don't even show a sword for attack selection. And don't react when attacked. It's not faction specific and it's not every time, even when setting the same criteria for a game.

Both. The scenarios with teams and the random maps with teams selected. Tested it several times with random 4 player Latium map, Team 1 being player 1 (me) & 3 (demo bot), Team 2 being player 2 ( Jubot) & 4 (demo bot). Player 2 can attack me, player 1, but I can't defend or attack.
Other games I tried attacking, and initially the Jubot dont defend, but remains passive. Some individual units start defending after some time.
The passiveness also include any garrisoned buildings.

In scenarios or random maps? It sounds like the game thinks the player you're trying to attack is on the same team as you. Are you playing a team game by chance?
