Description

There are some useful shortcuts, but some functions need additional shortcuts:

P: Pause ESC: In the Game: Game Menu (while all dialogs are closed) and in the Main Menu of the Game: Ask for Quit the Game Backspace: Go/switch the civic centre

Pause is already available using the Pause button on your keyboard.

Also, Esc should close the game manual.

#2636 describes the Esc request in more detail. If I understand the civ center idea, it would be solved by cycling as in #1899.
