Trac tries to modify the ticket description uselessly

Description
Since little time, Trac always tries to modify the description of the tickets even if no change has been performed. This clutters the comment history, which is a bit annoying.
More problematic is Trac automatically removing the empty lines in the ticket description, which makes the text rather hard to read.

This is still happening. I regularly get emails in which the description is "updated" but there has been no change. I originally thought this was going away as Itms thought, but it isn't. Take #3072 as an example; comment 20 is recent, but comment 21 shows a non-existent description update.

IIRC this started to happen after upgrading trac to 1.0.1, before it was at 0.11. There is also 1.0.6 now, it could make sense to try upgrading to get latest fixes, hoping this one get fixed as well: http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracDev/ReleaseNotes/1.0#MaintenanceRelease

I just noticed it happens when a comment is added to a ticket which hasn't been touched since Trac update. So it can't be helped I suppose, and it will happen less and less frequently.
Thus, I'm closing this one.
