Hello, my game crashes on start up and i'm not sure what to do about it.

It seems it's a VFS error 110100.

Did you read this ReportingErrors ?

What version are you using on what OS ?

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but this type of error has been reported before. There's not much we can do without more information.
