Some walls never finish or take extra-ordinary long

Description
Save game attached, should give all details (you see numerious people building walls, seems like they will never finish).
Tested with Version: 0~r11863-2 0.0.17-1~bpo70+1 alpha 17 quercus
running debian wheezy (installed by packports)
Otherwise great game, excellent graphics, thanks for your efforts!

The problem is that you have a siege unit on the foundation, which prevent the wall to be build. You just have to move it a bit and the building will start. There is nonetheless something to understand as this siege unit should have been ordered to move automatically.

Thanks for the quick confirmation! There seem to be 3 different problems on every place where the walls do not finish:
- at the left place there are units on the wall
- at the lower place I am not sure, maybe its a villager?
- at the upper place it seems to be the unpacked siege unit that cannot move away
Expected results: Units move away or step down or are not allowed to climb the wall, and the worker automatically restart the building
Actual outcome: Its a dead-lock situation where the worker seem to build something, but actually the construction has no progress.
