I cannot play in a single match.

Please find below the description error.

Much to our regret we must report the program has encountered an error.

Please let us know at http://trac.wildfiregames.com/ and attach the crashlog.txt and crashlog.dmp files.

So you mean the game crashes everytime you start a single- or multiplayer game? You can't even play this for a minute?

If so, then your installation must be broken. If it crashes after like 15 minutes, then I suspect out-of-memory / memory fragmentation issue, since pyrogenesis.exe is 32bit and can use only 2GB of memory. In that case play with less max population and smaller mapsizes, less players.

Hi,

Sometimes it works others not. If I select the Empire and the map it doesn't work otherwise if I select every field as random it works.

Also I can conect tomultiplayer, "The server deny the conexion"

Tagging as duplicate of #4190 since the described problem was most likely caused by the windows binaries only being able to allocate 2GB of memory. This should be solved with the Alpha 21 release. Please reopen the ticket otherwise.
