Give more insight when running the tests

Currently when running the tests the only thing that get displayed is Running cxxtest tests (302 tests) + x dots; x being the number of c++ tests
We do not know what is being tested unless it fails, and we do not have any input on JavaScript tests at all.
It would be nice to have some more output at least the name of the classes, and maybe the coverage.
