Volume down short-cut does the same as 'C' hotkey

Description

When in game and I have selected a training building, if I use the volume down function keys, the third unit is added to the training queue.

In other words is as if I press the 'C' hotkey as described: Z, X, C, V, B, N, M, ,: With training buildings selected. Add the 1st, 2nd, ... unit shown to the training queue for all the selected buildings.

I tried other function keys and no other seems to have any effect.

I have Acer Aspire laptop with Windows 7.

Also volume down and everything else works correctly while in game.

Can't reproduce with my volume down key.
