Description

Hi,

Just recently installed 0AD.

I'm using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) w. MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 (19E287).

I can't seem to "right-click" in the game, using the touchpad - I can /only/ "left-click".

That means I cannot execute orders for any of the people, workers, etc.

I usually have a "right-click"-option in any other program on the computer, by pressing CTRL and clicking "left-click" on the touchpad. This does not work inside the game. I can't "right-click" with any of the other "modifiers" (cmd, alt, fn, shift, etc...)

I feel like I'm missing out on quite a lot in the game, if I can't execute orders ;)

I couldn't find any similar issues in the community/forum. Sorry if I have missed something.

Thank you so much :D Looking forward to play the game.

You can use the macmouse setting. Look here how to enable it. It will emulate a right-click when you do Ctrl+Click. (To still be able to use some of the hotkeys that are currently set to Ctrl you should then also remap those to some other key.)

Perhaps it's not really fixed until the config option is accessible to the user without manually editing a file that is hard to find for mac users. In that case #5523 is the duplicate with a patch at Phab:D1849.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
