Update ppa for Ubuntu Maverick Meerkat 10.10

I was trying to install this via your ppa, but you have created no version for Maverick yet. As it comes out on 10 October, many users will upgrade and find the ppa is broken. It would be great if you could fix this on time.

The Development Snapshot PPA is now updated to work with Ubuntu 10.10, and the upcoming Alpha should be available for Ubuntu 10.10 as well. Please test the Development Snapshot on 10.10 (see here: ​http://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/LatestReleaseLinux#Ubuntu10.04 ) and report any errors/bugs/crashes, so they can be fixed and the upcoming Alpha version work on Ubuntu 10.10 as well.

The 0ad package on the PPA failed to build:

cd: 30: can't cd to ../../libraries/nvtt ERROR: NVTT build failed make: * [build-stamp] Error 1 dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2
