The triggers are implemented but no editor is present in Atlas.

Wasn ´t sure if it was about interface->text editor or just the ability to put triggers like in the gallic map.

If there was some way to plan some scripts in atlas, that would open up a lot of opportunities for scenario story scripting.

For example assigning predefined actions (units walking/attacking/garirisoning/... somewhere) to predefined events (some unit class garrisoning/being attacked/dying/became idle/changed position/...).

Also Atlas cinema path queueing controls:

With the CinematicPath updates in alpha 22, it is possible to create, edit, save and load paths via atlas. But it is not possible to trigger the playing of theses paths with some clicks. Currently one has to add a trigger script to accomplish that. So many people who are able to use atlas but can't code at all aren't able to actually author cinematic paths.
