Improve the gui of shared dropsites

Description
Now that #3791 has introduced the sharing of dropsites, we could improve its use. When a player has researched the needed tech, it can use its allies dropsites, but only if the ally has allowed the use of this dropsite. Currently, when selecting an allied dropsite, there is a disabled button which indicates if the use of the dropsite is allowed or not. When not allowed, it would be nice that this button send a message to the ally asking for sharing of the dropsite, with the position of the dropsite highlighted in the allied minimap.
