added full hotkey list to game manual so that players wont have to search all over to figure out all of the controls that are available.

(In [8859]) #Added Hotkeys list to in-game manual, with the help of a patch by dustin_ (the hotkeys list is at the bottom of the list, and the most basic shortcuts are listed in both the Basic controls list and the hotkeys list, but I think that minor duplicate information is fine, feel free to edit if you have a better idea) closes #714
